The space Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests as follows: 2 Bedrooms - Room #1 features 1 full bed (2 people max) & 1 pull out single futon - Room #2 features 1 queen bed (2 people max) - Living Room/Common Area features fold out futon or long couch (1 person max) Please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any such events and parties. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. There is a designated parking spot on the left side of the driveway. Please be courteous by pulling close to the garage as to not block the sidewalk.
