Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space Our two bedroom house provides sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. - Bedroom 1 features 1 Queen bed(2 ppl max) - Bedroom 2 features 1 Full bed(2 ppl max) - Living Room features sofa-bed (2 ppl max) **Please be advised that parties and events are not allowed. Loud music will not be tolerated. Code-enforce community, quiet hours 10pm-8am everyday. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensor and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any such events and parties. Smoking or vaping of any kind is ABSOLUTELY prohibited inside the home. Parking space is on the driveway right side of the house. Please do not park in front of the house and do not block sidewalk. Guest access Featuring self check-in process. Guests have access to the entire property. Door code will send to guests for entry to the house a day prior to arrival. Other things to note —Check-in information and details will be sending out to guests 24 hours prior to arrival. —Check-out instructions will send out to guests the night prior to their departure. —Please spend a few minutes of your time to read through our house rules. Reservation will be canceled and termination of stay if guests are found to violate of house rules.
