Less than .3 miles to bus stop. .5 miles to shopping and dining. Minutes to highway, shopping, and South shore hospital. This place is great for travel nurse, only 12 mins. from the hospital. The space Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests as follows: 2 Bedrooms Second floor - Room #1 features 1 full bed (2 people max) & 1 pull out single futon - Room #2 features 1 queen bed (2 people max) & 1 pull out single futon 2 Bathrooms First and Second floor Laundry Second floor Please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any such events and parties. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. There is a designated parking spots in the driveway on the right side of the house. Please be courteous by pulling close to the garage as to not block the sidewalk. Guest access The whole entire house is yours to use. Laundry machine is on the second floor.
