This is a family-friendly modern and spacious three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse located within biking distance of downtown Long Beach. There are popular restaurants, tourist attractions (such as the Queen Mary and the Aquarium of the Pacific), and other sites of interest. The location is also conveniently close to both Los Angeles and Orange County hotspots (such as Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm) for easy exploring. 1 min drive to Computer Hospital of Long Beach. The space Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests as follows: 3 Bedrooms - Room #1 features 1 queen bed (2 people max) - Room #2 features 1 queen bed (2 people max) - Room #3 features 1 queen bed (2 people max) - Living Room/Common Area features fold out futon or long couch (1 person max) A Pack "n" Play is available for our younger guests (upon request). Please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any such events and parties. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. There is a designated parking spot on the left side of the driveway. **PLEASE PULL YOUR CAR CLOSE TO THE GARAGE AS TO NOT BLOCK THE SIDEWALK. THE NEIGHBOR WILL CALL THE COPS. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. However, the guests will not have access to the garage. The home features keyless entry so we will send you the code to enter the home before your arrival. Other things to note Check-in and property details will be provided 48 hours prior to your arrival. Check-in begins at 3 PM. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and can be granted only on a case-by-case basis. You can ask if early check-in can be granted by contacting us via the AirBnB app 24 hours prior to your arrival. Check-out is at 11 AM sharp. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs.
