We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any such events and parties. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. There is a designated parking spots in the driveway for unit 1. Please be courteous by pulling close to the garage as to not block the sidewalk. Other things to note Guests with questions and concerns about this property, please send in your inquiries before you book. -No Smoking -No Loud Music -No Party - Shoes Off once inside the house -No unreported visitors or unconfirmed guests without prior approval. -No gathering beyond the numbers of booked guests.
